Controller

Nis SHPK is the data controller for personal data processed in Parallel Minds.

What we store

Your email address and sign-in identity, your chosen player name, the answers you write, and the AI-generated scores, rankings and commentary linked to them. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics.

Processors

Authentication, database and hosting are provided by our infrastructure provider. Challenge generation and judging are performed by third-party AI model providers, which receive the text of the challenge and the submitted answers. Answers are sent without your email address.

Visibility

Answers stay hidden from other players until a round is judged and revealed. After that, they are visible to people who take part in your games, along with their scores.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and its content at any time by contacting Nis SHPK; deletion removes your profile, answers and scores.
