1. Who we are

Parallel Minds (“the Service”) is operated by Nis SHPK, a company registered in Albania (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Private access

The Service is a private, invitation-only product intended for a limited circle of people. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend or remove any account at our discretion, without notice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers you write. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process them so the Service can work — including sending them to third-party AI providers for scoring and commentary. Do not submit confidential information, personal data about others, or unlawful content.

4. AI output

Challenges, scores, rankings and commentary are generated automatically by AI models. They are subjective, may be inaccurate, and are provided for entertainment only. They are not advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial, psychological or otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service, and do not use it to harass anyone or to generate unlawful material.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention or that any feature will continue to exist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nis SHPK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
